The master plan frames and focuses key views of the Berkshires and integrates separate existing structures into a cohesive plan with clear pedestrian circulation. Includes a luxurious sustainably-sourced hardwood deck framed by a fieldstone sitting wall, scree garden, meditation spiral, lower terrace with native borders, Amelanchier and Liquidambar groves, and an expanded parking bay.
